Civil del Circuito de Ipiales, el expediente contentivo de la accion de tutela promovida por los ciudadanos Campos Audelo Barahona Burbano, Ana Narcisa Huertas Vallejo, Jesus Nicandro Villota Cepeda, William Francisco Tarapues Leiton, Hugo Libardo Burbano Montenegro y Carmen Isabel Cuasquer contra el Cabildo Indigena de Colimba para que resuelva la impugnacion formulada.
- SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria General COMUNIQUESE al Cabildo Indigena de Colimba, lo resuelto en esta providencia con el fin de ponerle en conocimiento los fundamentos constitucionales y legales en virtud de los cuales se adopta la presente decision.
